We currently have appointment availability for Phase 1b and 2a of the COVID-19 vaccine rollout.
Under Phase 1b of the COVID-19 vaccination program, priority population groups include:
- People 70 years of age or older;
- Other health care workers;
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people > 55;
- People with an underlying medical condition, including those with a disability; and
- Critical and high risk workers.
Under Phase 2a of the COVID-19 vaccination program, population group includes:
- People who are 50 years and older
It is a further requirement that an eligible patient be a person aged 18 years or older who is eligible for Medicare.

We will be supplied with the AstraZeneca vaccine. AstraZeneca is administered as two doses delivered 12 weeks apart.
The Australian Government has recommended a gap of 7 days between the flu & COVID-19 vaccines. It doesn't matter which order you receive the vaccines in.
The COVID-19 vaccine is provided and administered at no cost to all eligible Medicare Card holders.
